  • 1. Download our Adviser manual

    This manual takes you step by step through the sign-up process, so that you know exactly what to expect at each stage. If you haven’t already, you should download and check our Terms of Business as well as the website Terms and Conditions.

  • 2. Decide how many "seats" you want

    This number of “seats” is the maximum number of clients you will be able to give access to during your 12 month licence.

  • 3. Decide the level of support you want

    Choose “core” user support or “premium” user support. The Adviser Guide explains the difference.

  • 4. "Register" your selection

    Click “register” on the appropriate box below to purchase your selection. Once you’ve paid for your 12-month package, you’ll receive a registration link where you can complete the set up of your account.

    Suited to larger organisations or specialists. You have twelve months to distribute your "seats" from the day you purchase access to My Care Hub.

    Suited to larger organisations or specialists. You have twelve months to distribute your "seats" from the day you purchase access to My Care Hub.
