Our website address is: https://mycare-hub.com. My Care Hub is an information and guidance service designed to support those who are caring for another adult, in need of care themselves, or who are acting on behalf of, and seeking help for an adult who is in need of care.
Comments/ Feedback
When visitors leave comments or feedback on the site we collect the data shown in the submission form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Cookies
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

My Care Hub has no control or responsibility for the content or privacy policy of third party websites.
Who we share your data with
We may share generic (anonymised) user data with the adviser firm that provided access to My Care Hub for you. This will help the firm assess how well-used the service they are providing is, and which parts of the site are most visited. We may also provide them with basic, personally identifiable data such as whether/ when you last logged in to the site, so that they know whether the licence they provided is being actively used or not.
If you leave a comment/feedback on the site, we may also share this with the adviser firm that provided your access to My Care Hub to help them assess how useful their clients are finding the content and service provided, and/or whether their clients have issues or concerns with the site. This will help them to assess whether or not to continue to purchase access for their clients in the future. We may use such comments in our own marketing activities, but this will be anonymised unless we have your prior permission to identify you as the source of the comment
Other than the adviser firm that provided your access to My Care Hub, we do not share personally identifiable details or data with other third parties
How long we retain your data
For users that register on our website, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
